Prove you have what it takes to hench efficiently and intelligently by completing the 3 tasks we have included on this site ( Interview Tips, Practice Paperwork, Contact Recruiter ). And, just like in real-world henching, you will be rewarded for the ability to read the mind of your overlord. There are 2 sets of hidden instructions that will award you 5 points each if found and followed (10 bonus points total). Submit answers and any additional details along with your application.

Display your creativity with a video entry of no more than three minutes. Provide a link to your video with your application. Choose one of the options below.

Video Blog about a team caper, including a cameo from your arch nemesis.
-OR-
Write and perform an original song about your villainous enterprises. (You may reuse a melody.)
-OR-
Give a tour of your hidden lair in the style of MTV Cribs.

Application Rating Details

• Experience: 15 points
• Multimedia: 30 points
• Video: 45 points
• Puzzles: 15 points (5 points each)
• Bonuses: 10 possible bonus points (5 points each)

Video and multimedia submissions will be graded on the following criteria:

• Creativity and Originality
• Theming
• Fun / Funny
• Personal Touch / Effort

Our team of expert application raters will tally your entries and rank submissions based on the results. The top teams will be invited to join the other hopefuls at the exclusive events of the WHO job fair. Our goal is to include as many teams as can reasonably be supported by our facilities and staff (and likely the number of submissions will exceed available slots, so work hard, and make the villain community proud!).
